The Chameleon Ear™ PRO MHS™ 360 Sleeves are 3D printed, and digitally scanned. This allows you to re-order any “Chameleon Ear™ PRO” custom-fit item from us at anytime without needing to resend your ear impressions, or getting refit.
(Note: Growth with children, and additional weight gain/loss (+/- 20-30lbs) might require a new ear impression to be made.)
To Order:
Print off the order form, and request from us to find your closest provider who will assist in completing your order correctly, take payment and send everything in for final processing. OR, order a DIY Impression Kit and make your own ear impressions with help of a colleague, friend, or family member. The price of the kit will be reimbursed when it is returned completely with appropriate order form(s).

The Chameleon Ear™ PRO MHS™ 360 Sleeves are made with a durable UV cured silicone. This provides greater comfort and attenuation, and personalizes your MHS™ 360 Electronic Earplugs.

This saves you time and money, and makes it easy to order anything no matter where you are around the world.
The Chameleon Ear™ PRO MHS™ Sleeves will also accommodate any MHS™ 360 Additional Slugs options. These options include solid slugs, a variety of filtered slugs, dual-driver music monitors and Bluetooth options. So now, one set of earplugs can be used for multiple purposes and applications!
