How to Order Your Custom Product

When buying a custom product, you will need to follow four simple steps.

 

#1 – Complete Your Order Form

To start your custom order, complete and print the form found on the individual product page.

#2 – Obtain Your Ear Impressions

Because you are ordering a custom product, we need your ear impressions.  You can obtain ear impressions either through your preferred local audiologist or hearing specialists or you can contact us and we will provide you with contact information for our nearest Authorized Provider. 10-15 minutes is all the time is takes to obtain ear impressions.

#3 – Send in Your Order

If you are sending in your order, please make sure you include your ear impressions and the completed order form to the address on the bottom of this page. If using one of our Authorized providers, they will send us your ear impressions and order form after receiving payment.

#4 – Make Your Payment

If you are sending in your order, the form does provide a place to enter your credit card information.  If you do not want to provide your credit card information on the order form, our customer service representative will contact your once we have received your package.

If our Authorized Provider is sending in your order, they will take your payment at the time of your order.  Our Authorized Provider will be notified once we have received their package.

General turnaround for most of our custom-fit products is 3 weeks once we have your ear impressions at E.A.R.  Professional Music Monitors can take as long as 6 weeks.  International orders will take longer due to the nature of international shipments and customs.  Multiple product requests, U.S. recognized national olidays, weather delays, and unforeseeable circumstances will also delay manufacturing and delivery time.

*Note:  If you are the sending party, your order must be paid in full before we are able to process your order.

Local Audiologist/Hearing Healthcare Professional

Go to your local audiologist or hearing healthcare professional.  Make an appointment with your preferred professional letting them know you need ear impressions for your custom product.page.
