International Shipments

For international shipments, customs regulations require E.A.R. to include an invoice, work order or commercial sample paperwork for the total value of the items being shipped.

Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information and delivery requirement details. When ordering from E.A.R.,  the customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for customs fees and duties and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

  • Products purchased from E.A.R. for delivery outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes which are accessed once the package reaches your country.
  • Additional taxes or customs fees are not included in the shipping charges listed above. E.A.R. does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be by time of delivery.
  • All additional charges will need to be paid by the customer in accordance with the laws of the country in which the goods are being received.
