Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

We are sorry to learn you are having problems with your purchase.

If the item you purchased is in need of repair, or you want to return an item, please contact us and request an RMA number.   No items will be accepted for exchange or return without an RMA number.  E.A.R. will provide you with the R.M.A.number along with instructions on where to send your package. Please include your completed form along with the item(s) you are sending to E.A.R. Once we receive your product(s) we will contact your and move forward in handling your return request.

Note:  E.A.R. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to the carrier selected.  Please insure as needed.
