The ER-6 and ER-6i Isolator Earphones were developed to combine a flat frequency response with isolation from external noise. When properly sealed, these earphones provide 15-20 dB of external noise exclusion. This allows the listener to hear the full dynamic range of recordings at lower reproduction levels.
 Provided with a soft silicone flanged-tip for a good seal with comfort, they are ideal for travel and commuting, as well as for professionals looking for smooth, extended high-frequency response with great sounding bass qualities.
Custom earmolds can also be purchased to increase the comfort and isolation performance to the end user. These can be made as a basic sleeve to fit over the transducer shell, or be made as an ER-Filtered Musician Earplug so you can switch from monitor use to earplug use without too much difficulty. (Special adapter is required to fit properly).

The ER-6 isolator earphones are designed for personal listening systems like CD and MP3 players, laptop computers and in-ear monitoring.
